Cláudio is a software engineer, cybersecurity practitioner, and entrepreneur based in Mozambique. He graduated in Computer Engineering in 2019, but his path into building software started a year earlier, when he founded his first company, Logical Programming Line LDA, in 2018.
Early in his career, Cláudio spent two years working within Mozambique’s Ministry of Science and Technology. The experience confirmed something he already suspected: he wasn’t cut out for the public-sector track. He left to build independently, and hasn’t looked back since.
Today he works across programming and cybersecurity, developing mobile apps — including Transfer, Wema, and Garsom — and building websites for businesses across Mozambique, among them Mozcargo, Transfer, and Ndzila. This blog is where he writes about the infrastructure, tools, and hard-won lessons behind that work.
